Rob Pickersgill
Founder & Managing Director
Rob has spent his career working in Further, Higher and Adult Education and specialises in coaching and training clients to manage their disability to achieve their potential.

Rob loves travelling in the family caravan to remote parts of the UK and France with his family and Bailey, the resident Cocker Spaniel.
Hannah Fairclough
Enablement Coordinator
Hannah is totally blind with no light perception and is a guide dog owner.
​
She coordinates the administration of appointments with our clients and coaches, and coordinates the staff to enable our clients to maximise their potential.
​
Hannah loves shopping, Harry Potter and listening to audiobooks.
Jan Evans
Tutor
Jan has spent her career in the classroom and more recently out of it. She delivers bespoke maths, English and life skills sessions to enable students to progress in their life and studies.
​
She supports people who have found school difficult and works with them and their family to achieve. Jan works to make lessons accessible and enjoyable.
Jan lives near Nantwich and has an elderly staffie called Poppy.
Helen Collett
Tutor
Helen has been a teacher since 1995 and specialises in primary, outdoors and music. She is married with one son and two cats.
Helen loves travelling the UK in her campervan, knitting socks, singing in a choir and playing in a brass band.
She has also been involved in Scouting and Guiding for over 30 years.
Karen Young
Support Worker
Karen has always enjoyed working with people, and over the years she has worked in a variety of settings including hospitality, retail, the NHS and in people’s own homes. Karen enjoys ensuring others are always looked after and cared for.

Family is very important to her and she has two wonderful daughters and four amazing grandchildren with whom she enjoys spending time. Karen also enjoys Zumba and spending time with friends and the important part of life-laughing!
Fiona Falkingham
Coach
Specialising in diagnostic assessment, neurodiversity awareness training and strategy coaching for adults who experience SpLD/neurodiversity, Fiona is currently working towards qualification as an occupational psychologist.
She has practiced in the field of neurodiversity support for the past twelve years and has wide experience of providing workplace consultancy and support, as well as providing specialist tutoring services to students in higher education.
Laura Leeson
Support Worker
In the last 20 years, Laura has worked as a Nurse, Midwife and Clinical Lecturer. Since becoming a mum of 2, she works part time as an Antenatal Teacher.
When not working, Laura loves spending time with her family, walking her dog and watching a good tv series with a cuppa.
